By accessing and using this HR system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this system. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the system following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description
This HR system is provided as an internal human resources management platform designed to facilitate employment management, recruitment, payroll administration, and employee data management. The system is intended for use by authorized company personnel only. Access to and use of this system is a privilege, not a right.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of this system, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password
- Notifying HR immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Ensuring that all information you provide to the system is accurate, complete, and current
- Using the system only for authorized business purposes
- Complying with all applicable laws and company policies while using the system
- Not attempting to access, modify, or disclose information beyond your authorized scope
- Not sharing access credentials with other individuals
4. Employment Data Disclaimer
This system processes sensitive employment and personal information. Users who have access to such information must:
- Handle all data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and company policies
- Use data only for authorized HR and employment-related purposes
- Not disclose or share personal information outside of legitimate business needs
- Recognize that unauthorized access or disclosure of personal data may violate state and federal privacy laws
Employment decisions, compensation, and personnel actions are based on multiple factors and require human review. No automated system alone determines employment decisions.
5. AI-Powered Resume Scoring
This system includes AI-powered functionality that automatically scores and ranks candidate resumes. Users must understand the following:
- Advisory Only: Automated resume scores and rankings are provided as advisory tools to assist in candidate screening
- Human Decision-Making: All recruitment and hiring decisions are made by qualified human recruiters and hiring managers, not by the automated scoring system
- Bias Awareness: Users should be aware that AI systems may contain biases and should apply independent judgment when reviewing candidate qualifications
- Compliance: All hiring practices must comply with equal employment opportunity laws and company non-discrimination policies
- Manual Review: Candidates should have the opportunity for manual review of their application even if automated scoring is unfavorable
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS HR SYSTEM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Errors or inaccuracies in automated scoring or data processing
- System downtime, interruptions, or service failures
- Unauthorized access to or disclosure of personal information due to factors beyond the company's reasonable control
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to this system shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
7. Intellectual Property
The HR system, including all software, design, functionality, and content, is the proprietary property of the company. All rights are reserved. Users are granted limited permission to use the system for authorized employment-related purposes only. Users may not:
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute the system or any part thereof
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code
- Create derivative works based on the system
- Use the system to develop competing products or services
8. Termination of Access
The company may terminate or suspend your access to this system at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Access is automatically terminated upon employment separation. Upon termination, all rights to access and use the system cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms or use of the system shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements between you and the company, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of this HR system and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
